Agreement and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your access to and use of the websites, content, products, trip packages, planning services, and related offerings provided by Boundless Bucket List Co. LLC d/b/a Boundless Bucket List Co. (Boundless, we, us, our), including www.boundlessbucketlist.co (the Site). By accessing the Site, purchasing any product or service, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Services
We provide curated five-day trip packages and related services, which may include accommodations, in-destination transportation, in-destination airfare as applicable, tours, guides, activities, destination guides, and itinerary planning. Some services are provided by independent third-party suppliers. We also offer a Guide Only package (nonrefundable) and may offer upgrades and extension days as available.
Eligibility and Age Policy
You must be at least 18 years old to book or purchase. Trip packages are not structured or suggested for travelers under 18. If any under-18 traveler will be present on the trip, a legal guardian must accompany for the entire trip.
Electronic Communications
By using our Site or communicating with us electronically, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically satisfy legal requirements that such communications be in writing.
Pricing and What’s Included
Base package price per traveler: 3,750 USD.
Extension days: 1,350 USD per day, or 2,500 USD for a packaged 3-day extension.
Upgrades: 375 USD per type per day (accommodation or transportation).
Airfare to and from the main destination is not included.
All in-destination transportation and any in-destination airfare included in your itinerary are included.
Checked baggage allowance for included in-destination flights and transport: 1 checked bag plus 1 carry-on plus 1 personal item per traveler (standard size/weight limits as specified by the carrier). This baggage allowance does not apply to flights to/from the main destination, which are not included.
All activities and components that can be prepaid (and any applicable taxes on those prepaid items) are covered by the package price.
Any on-site cash payments that cannot be prepaid will be clearly indicated in your itinerary and budgeted in both local currency and USD, combined with estimated food and tip costs for transparent planning. No hidden costs or fees once booked and these Terms are accepted at purchase.
Currency fluctuations: We have built a cushion into the 3,750 USD line price to accommodate supplier price fluctuations so the package price will not increase after purchase. Currency fluctuation considerations only apply to estimates for on-site cash food/tip costs, which are estimates and may vary.
Payments, Deposits, and Financing
No deposit is required for standard packages; full payment is due at purchase. Financing may be available through Affirm and is subject to Affirm’s credit approval and terms. Your trip is not confirmed until payment is received in full by Boundless. If financing via Affirm, we will send a confirmation email as soon as funds are received from Affirm.
The Guide-Only package is nonrefundable. If you upgrade from Guide Only to Full Service planning, your 375 USD Guide Only cost is applied as a deposit toward the 3,750 USD Full Service total, with the remaining balance due prior to delivery of the full Trip Package.

Travel Insurance (Mandatory) and Pre-Trip Survey
Proof of comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, interruption, medical, emergency evacuation, and personal property is required. Proof must be provided when submitting the required Pre-Trip Survey.
Pre-Trip Survey deadline: within 30 days of package purchase and no later than 90 days before departure. If the package is purchased fewer than 90 days before departure, the Pre-Trip Survey (with insurance proof) is due within 72 hours of purchase, and not all accommodations or activities can be guaranteed.
The Pre-Trip Survey cannot be submitted without insurance documentation.
Weekly email reminders will be sent during the response window.
Failure to submit the Pre-Trip Survey with insurance documentation by the deadline makes the purchase ineligible for any refund and allows Boundless to cancel the booking for noncompliance.
Traveler Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
1) Securing and carrying valid passports, visas, permits, and any health or vaccination documentation required for your itinerary.
2) Meeting entry, transit, customs, and health requirements of all destinations.
3) Assessing your health and fitness for selected activities and disclosing limitations in advance.
4) Complying with local laws, supplier rules, and safety instructions.
5) Reviewing booking confirmations promptly and reporting any discrepancies within 72 hours.
Refunds and Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 10–15 business days after approval. Nonrecoverable third-party processing or financing fees (that we cannot recoup) may be deducted from any refund. All refund windows are measured in Central Time (Austin, Texas).
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Applies to Trip Packages, upgrades, and extension day purchases unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
Within 24 hours of purchase: 90% refund of amounts paid. 10% is nonrefundable to cover immediate provisioning of proprietary itinerary materials, administrative time, and nonrecoverable supplier and processing costs.
90 or more days before the scheduled trip start date (measured in Central Time): 50% refund of total amounts paid (base package, extensions, upgrades), excluding disclosed nonrefundable supplier components and any nonrecoverable third-party processing/financing fees. Explanation: 50% is nonrefundable to cover immediate provisioning of proprietary itinerary materials, administrative time, trip customization planning time, and nonrecoverable supplier and processing costs.
46-89 days before the scheduled trip start date (measured in Central Time): 35% refund of total amounts paid (base package, extensions, upgrades), excluding disclosed nonrefundable supplier components and any nonrecoverable third-party processing/financing fees. Explanation: 65% is nonrefundable to cover immediate provisioning of proprietary itinerary materials, administrative time, trip customization planning time, securing reservations and subsequently cancelling, and nonrecoverable supplier and processing costs.
0–45 days before the scheduled trip start date: Nonrefundable. Explanation: 100% is nonrefundable to cover immediate provisioning of proprietary itinerary materials, administrative time, trip customization planning time, securing reservations and subsequently cancelling, and nonrecoverable business expenses, supplier and processing costs.
Guide Only purchases are nonrefundable at all times.
Nonrefundable components: Some suppliers, permits, tickets, flights, or specialty items may be fully nonrefundable at all times. These items will be disclosed on your invoice, itinerary, and/or portal as they are booked; such amounts are excluded from refund calculations.
Refunds for financed purchases: The same cancellation/refund rules apply to financed purchases through Affirm. Any amounts already disbursed will be refunded per these rules and subject to any nonrecoverable third-party fees.
Changes by traveler: Changes are handled on a case-by-case basis. Email help@boundlessbucketlist.co. We will respond within 48 hours. Changes can only be made up to 45 days before departure. Associated fees will be assessed and agreed upon in advance of any changes, to determine if a full cancellation and rebook is suggested or required.
Failure to meet requirements: If you fail to provide required insurance proof and submit the Pre-Trip Survey by the deadline, or if required payments are not received, the booking is canceled and treated under this policy as of the date of failure.
How to request a cancellation or refund: Email help@boundlessbucketlist.co with your name, email, order number, original purchase date, and reason for cancellation, or submit our refund request form if provided.
Changes and Cancellations by Boundless
We may make reasonable changes to the itinerary, accommodations, transportation, or activities where necessary for safety, operational, or supplier reasons, including due to force majeure events (e.g., weather, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, government actions). If a material component is changed or canceled by a supplier and no comparable alternative is available, our liability is limited to amounts paid for the affected component, less any nonrecoverable supplier charges. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential costs (e.g., external airfare to/from the destination, visas, vaccinations, time off work).
For cancellations caused by force majeure, Boundless will issue a full refund of all and any recoverable costs. Please contact your travel insurance provider regarding coverage for costs deemed unrecoverable by the agency, as such these costs may still be insured under your policy. Your safety and comfort are our foremost priorities.
Third-Party Suppliers and Responsibility
Boundless arranges services with independent suppliers that are not agents or employees of Boundless. Each supplier’s terms, conditions, waivers, liability limits, and rules apply and are incorporated by reference. Boundless is not liable for any act, error, omission, negligence, representation, breach, default, delay, or conduct of any supplier or any third party, or for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses arising therefrom.
Assumption of Risk; Health and Safety
Travel and certain activities may involve risks including illness, injury, property loss, and events beyond our control. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel and the selected activities and agree to comply with safety instructions. We may require execution of additional waivers. You are responsible for evaluating your health and fitness for participation and for obtaining medical advice where needed.
Passports, Visas, and Entry Requirements
You must ensure your passport and visas are valid for the entire trip and meet destination-specific requirements (e.g., blank pages, validity, onward tickets, vaccinations). Boundless is not responsible for denial of entry, deportation, or related costs due to your documentation or failure to comply with requirements.
Intellectual Property and Proprietary Materials
All content, itineraries, destination guides, texts, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, software, pricing structures, curation methods, selection and arrangement, and other materials provided by Boundless (Materials) are owned by Boundless or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Materials solely for your personal, non-commercial trip planning and participation, and only as expressly permitted by these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, scrape, mine, compile, train artificial intelligence or models on, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit the Materials, itineraries, destination guides, or any part thereof, nor use them to build or improve a competing product or service. Any non-public itineraries, pricing details, supplier lists, logistics, or methods provided to paying customers constitute confidential information and trade secrets of Boundless; you agree to maintain confidentiality and not disclose, share, or publish them. Unauthorized use terminates your license and may result in legal action.
User Content; Feedback
If you submit reviews, photos, videos, testimonials, or other content (User Content), you grant Boundless a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media for marketing, operations, and promotional purposes. You represent that you have rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe others’ rights.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: engage in unlawful activity; access or use the Site by automated means without authorization; attempt to bypass security; interfere with operations; misrepresent your identity; use the Materials for any competitive purpose; publish proprietary itineraries or guides; or engage in any act that infringes or misappropriates intellectual property or trade secrets.
No Hidden Costs; Taxes and Fees
All activities that can be prepaid, and applicable taxes on those prepaid activities, are included in the package price. Any on-site cash payments that cannot be prepaid will be clearly indicated and budgeted in advance in both local currency and USD, combined with food and tip estimates. No hidden costs or fees once booked and Terms are accepted. Government or supplier fees that cannot be prepaid and must be paid locally in cash will be disclosed in the itinerary budget.
Privacy
Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy. You can find the Privacy Policy here.
International Use
Access from outside the United States is at your own risk. You are responsible for compliance with local laws and any restrictions or regulations applicable to your use of the Site and services.
Disclaimers of Warranties
Services and Materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boundless disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and quiet enjoyment. We do not guarantee error-free, uninterrupted, or secure service, nor that any information is current or complete at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boundless will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost profit damages, or for any damages related to third-party suppliers, force majeure, government actions, epidemics, closures, delays, or your failure to follow instructions or meet requirements. In no event will Boundless’s total liability arising out of or related to the services exceed the amounts you paid to Boundless for the affected booking giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Boundless, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the services, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law or third-party rights, or your negligent or wrongful acts or omissions.
Chargebacks and Collections
You agree not to initiate chargebacks without first giving Boundless a reasonable opportunity to resolve your concern. If a chargeback is initiated in violation of this clause and the charge is later upheld, you are responsible for our costs, fees, and expenses associated with responding to and reversing the chargeback. Past-due amounts may be referred to collections, and you agree to pay reasonable costs of collection, including attorneys’ fees.
Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will be resolved by final and binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by the American Arbitration Association by a single neutral arbitrator seated in Austin, Texas (Travis County). Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. Each party waives the right to a jury trial and agrees that claims will be brought solely in an individual capacity, not as a class or representative action. The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve disputes relating to the scope, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement. This clause survives termination of these Terms.
Governing Law
Subject to the Federal Arbitration Act for arbitration issues, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
Force Majeure
Boundless is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, weather, natural disasters, epidemics, public health emergencies, acts of government or authorities, war, terrorism, labor disputes, power failures, and similar events.
Photo/Video Release
You consent to the incidental capture and use of your image or likeness in photographs or videos taken during activities arranged by Boundless for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing before travel that you do not consent.
Third-Party Links and Apps
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (e.g., itinerary or mapping apps). These are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Communications and Notices
You consent to receive transactional and promotional communications via email and other channels consistent with our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time. Legal notices to Boundless must be sent to help@boundlessbucketlist.co and to the mailing address below.
Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to the Site or otherwise communicated to you and apply prospectively. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including suspected violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Materials ends and you must cease use and delete any downloaded or provided confidential materials.
Severability; Waiver; Assignment; Entire Agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign to an affiliate or successor. These Terms, together with your booking confirmation and any supplemental policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Boundless and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings.

Legal Note on Protection of Ideas vs. Expression
Ideas or general concepts may not be protected by copyright in the abstract. However, the specific expression, copy, guides, itineraries, selection, arrangement, and branding used by Boundless are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, trade secret, and by the contractual restrictions above. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
